Scope of Work:
Coastal Living was the design concept for this project, including high ceilings in the Living Area to give it a more spacious feel. Flooring included aged wood through out the first floor with plush carpeting on the second floor. Wood stair treads, and handrails were stained black which gave them a dramatic look along with the custom designed mural painted over the kitchen range. Stone fireplace, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, tile shower and tubs, and a custom design metal vanity in powder room completed the design. The front entry doors were stained Spainish Cedar in the Craftman style. We also selected the lighting in the Craftsman style for the bathrooms and other areas with gas lanterns on the exterior.
