Scope of Work:
The floor plans were developed based on the lot being long and narrow. The lot is located across the street from the water which was also considered in the design concept. The design was based on Old Southern Architecture and was accomplished by using large porches, deep overhangs, off grade look, narrow French doors, Hardi-Board siding, Mahogany wood front doors, Old Chicago Brick, Gas lanterns and a Metal Roof.
All the Cabinetry is custom designed, Granite Countertops through out, Pine Wood Flooring, Stained Pine Wood Interior Doors Stone Flooring, Custom Tile Designs, Paint Colors, Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting, Custom Closets Design, Appliances, Custom Fireplace Mantel, and Carpet in the Bedrooms.
